Do you have the block about the on-chip ADC ? it's reference is independent with the REFOUT2 and REFOUT1 ? and how about it's reference voltage?
How the on-chip ADC diagnosis the output current, and it's diagnosis precision could achieve ±0.01% FSR ? and how to test such diagnosis precision?
it's said in the data sheet that The current loop (ILOOP) fault is asserted when the actual loop current is not within ±0.01% FSR of the programmed loop current.
