frequency response with AD5933

So when looking into a certain type of sensor, I read that this chip could be used to send an impulse frequency (in the MHz range) and switch over to read the impulse response frequency via an antenna. I am wondering if the Eval board for the AD5933 is capable of similar configuration and if the chip is capable of doing this. If so, how would an antenna properly be wired up and used?

Or is there a different board / chip that is better suited for what I am looking to do?
