I have good news! Using much of the code Rob.Analog code, I was able to get some information to begin leaking out of the ADV7513. I connected our design to a Signal Generator and was about to capture the following images.
I have run the test several times and noticed a pattern.
Scan Type: Changes from Interlace to Progressive
Timing: Constantly changing from 4095x0 to 4095x31 to 4095x480 to 4095x4094 and other random numbers
PR: 1 or 2
Horizontal Frequency: 0-967KHz
Everything else stays relatively the same.
Pixel Rate: 26/27 MHz
Sync Polarity: Negative
Vertical Frequency: 967KHz
I will also add that it only changes when I RESET the board. Otherwise the numbers barely move.
