Configurations for KC705 with FMCOMMS1 to run XCOMM example

Hi,

   I started working with FMCOMMS1 using KC705. I went through the steps building the project (noOS-Driver) AD-FMCOMMS1-EBZ Quick Start Guide on Xilinx FPGA Boards Without OS [Analog Devices Wiki]. But when I hit run, there was no information at the serial output. The switch SW14 in KC705 was set to 00010 (FLASH A25/A24 set to 0 ,M2 to 0, M1 to 1, M0 to 0). I am using vivado 2014.4 and generated bit file from HDL files downloaded from noOS-Driver HDL section.  Can anyone help me or point out link on how get the XCOMM example running.
