No, I never said that yet.
There are too many things I don't know about your specific application, so I can't really offer advice.
For example - what most people do is put symbol <-> sample conversion and sample framing into gates (into the PL side). This way the PS side just feeds data into a block, at whatever rate it wants, and the PL takes care of the actual RF waveform generation.
But since most people's RF waveform is proprietary - we don't have examples for that yet.
