Trouble getting DC Cal RF to pass

I am having trouble getting our design with the AD9361 to pass the DC Cal RF.  It enters the cal state and never completes.  What would cause this?  Other cal's pass like CP and DC Cal BB Cal but not DC Cal RF (calibration state 3).  All 3 PLLs indicate lock and the system is in Alert state.  Can you help?
