I am using KC705+FMCOMMS2 and experiencing a problem. The data I receive from the FMC seems distorted (as I explained in this thread.)
This problem does not occur in Zed board + FMCOMMS2 & IIO scope in Ubuntu. I believe this might be due to the initial settings sent to AD9361.
Where can I find the code that initializes the AD9361 registers in the Zedboard+FMCOMMS2 case? I have skimmed through the source code but could not find.
