Matlab 2012 register with Visual dsp++

Hi sir

      I want to register or integrate with matlab 2012 toVisual DSP++ 5.0 version.Is Possible,Because whenever I command adivdspsetup on matlab command window the path appear and I click Ok but it say Access Denied (or) .dll file could not access.How to i plug-in with visual Dsp++..

             Note: I use KIT-xxx-xxx-xxxxxx -xx license number then

                    1)Is Matlab 2012 need upgrade Visual Dsp++ version.Because the Plug-in message say need Visual dsp++ 5.0.8 required for matlab 2012.
