I am looking for a step by step example of using the AD9954 RAM for both frequency hopping and having trouble understanding the discussion on the use of the RAM on the data sheet. The basic question is: Can I use the RAM to pre-program a series of FTW settings and then tell the AD9954 to utilize them in sequence or on command to hop and dwell for a fixed time step. I am experimenting with a AD9954 interfaced to an Arduino DUE. I have single tone generation working and I can see how to do a ramp but am clueless on how to use the RAM.
