Hi Siyi,
Can you please provide me with the serial number and lot ID of the EVB? You can find this on a white strip on the board (top or bottom side). The lot ID will start with "S14-XX" and the serial number will start with "SN-XXXXX". If you can provide this information that would be helpful. We test all our boards before we ship them. So there must be data that we took on this board before we shipped it to you. Other things to check are
- What channel are you seeing this? ChA? ChB? Both?
- Can you bypass the filter and provide the signal straight from your signal generator to the ADC inputs?
- Can you please make sure that the connectors P200/P202 are screwed on tight to the board? Sometimes the screws tend to come loose.
- Can you provide us with screenshots of both channels when it is showing the -30dBFS and the FFT with no filters in between the ADC eval board and the signal generator.
