AD9393 DVI use

Hi,

We would like to use AD9393 in DVI (RGB 444 IN, RGB 444 OUT, no audio).

1)We think that the PLL loop filter in Figure 6 of the datasheet page 10 is not necessary
   because the audio function is not used.
   Is that right?
   If that is right, How should we connect unused FILT pin?

2)According to the 4-0 HDMI-DVI 444 (CSC Disabled) in the AD9393 Scripts,
   we think that the settings are as follows.
   Is that right?

0x11,0x03
0x4D,0x3B
0x4E,0x6D
0x4F,0x54
0x50,0x90 (0x20 in the datasheet?)
0x53,0x3F

* We think that other settings in the script are not needed because those are for audio.

3)Is there the power supply sequencing?
