AD5933 test frequency range

Hi All,

I am little confusing about test frequency range of AD5933.

The data sheet of the AD5933 says that output frequency range is 1kHz to 100kHz.

On the other hand, the EVAL-AD5933EBZ evaluation software accept more than 100kHz.

I can set start frequency of 200kHz, Fdelta of 400, # of Increment=200 for my evaluation.

It means test frequency range is 200kHz to 280kHz, and test result showed what I expected.

Please advice me the test exact test frequency range of the AD5933?
