DVP Eval Latest Source 10-14-11 Update Boards Issue

Hi all ,I am a new FAE in ADI agent and trying to use EVAL-ADV7280 board following the ADV7280 installation guide Rev A .I have installed the DVP Eval program and put the ADV7280_CUST to the directory .But when updating the board there was a hint of no new boards found . Computer system is Windows 7 .The image below is the interface of the hint .

Can you tell me how to solve this problem ?
