Hi,
Make sure that there is no firewall running on your PC that is preventing the communication on the ZED board. Also make sure that the routing on your PC is setup correctly so that packets that are meant to go to the ZED board are sent to the ethernet port that the ZED board is connected to. On you Windows PC you can show the routing table by opening a command prompt and run `route print`.
