Thanks for the response. I am able to generate axi_ad9361 IP on Vivado 2013.4 but I am not successful on Vivado 2014.2. But I could open the project and could export the bitstream and hardware on Vivado 2014.2.

Is there any possibility to generate axi_ad9361 IP (ADI HDL Design) on Vivado 2014.2?
