i am having a customized bf548 board having a 2GB micron NAND Flash.The nand flash is connected via the GPIO interface to the processor, however the write speed to nand is very slow.Has someone bencmarked/used the above nand flash with BF548 , can anyone please tell the max write speed for the above nand flash.
