I'm in need of some help...
The supply voltage(AVCC) of AD7606 would effected by digital voltage(+3.3V)，my device work in the Byte Read Mode, so Pin6(Par'/Sel) connected to 3.3V, I disable the sleep mode . when Pin6 connected to 3.3V, the AVCC(+5V) would suddenly drop to 3V. Its so confused.
what confused more is that when Pin6(Par'/Sel) and pin7(STBY') disconnect to Vcc ,I mean float, AVCC would be correct. Vdrive pin is connected directly to 3.3V. Thanks for your attention.
